ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re excited to welcome passionate, customer-focused team members to join our LaCosmetique store at Westpoint Blacktown. As a Retail Sales & Beauty Advisor, you’ll deliver exceptional service, share expert product knowledge, and help customers discover the best in K-Beauty, skincare, and cosmetics. Both Part-time and Casual Role available.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for every customer
- Engage with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate product features and share skincare and makeup advice
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with beauty trends
- Ensure the store is beautifully presented and fully stocked
- Assist with stock replenishment and store operations
- Support the Store Manager with daily retail and administrative tasks
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous retail or beauty sales experience (cosmetics, fashion, or skincare preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs in a retail environment
- A passion for beauty and helping customers feel confident
- A keen eye for detail and flair for visual merchandising
- Reliable, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with great teamwork
- Must available at least 3 full days per week
