Deakin Dental Care is a privately owner general dental practice looking for an experienced, passionate Dental Assistant to join our small, friendly team of assistants.

- 4 chair general dental practice offering all facets of general dentistry
- We offer IV sedation in the practice for nervous patients and have regular sessions at John James hospital - meaning there is scope to grow, learn and experience new aspects to assisting
- Supportive management onsite each day
- Free parking is available close to the practice and bus stops are within walking distance
- Digital practice with new chairs and equipment
About you:
- Reliable
- Friendly, enjoys working within a team
- Ideally experience as a dental assistant, particularly surgical procedures such as extractions and implant placement
- Open to learning and growing
- Ready to hit the ground running and thrive in a busy atmosphere
- Have experience with ordering and stock management
- Ability to step in and help with reception if needed (this is predominately an assisting role though)
- Want to work hard and achieve results with the team
The role is available on 32-38 hour basis with hourly rate negotiable depending on experience and opportunity for annual pay reviews based on performance.
