We are seeking friendly and efficient waitstaff to provide exceptional customer service at our Canley Heights location. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
* Greet guests and take food and beverage orders
* Serve meals and beverages promptly and accurately
* Provide menu recommendations and answer questions
* Ensure tables are clean and well-maintained
* Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
* Process payments and operate the POS system
* Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
* Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience as waitstaff preferred but not required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work well in a team
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Knowledge of food safety regulations
