We're hiring a performance/growth marketer to own paid media and growth experimentation across our client portfolio. You'll plan, build, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon and other paid channels, turning budgets into measurable results and translating data into decisions clients can actually understand.
This isn't a button-pushing role. You'll sit close to strategy, work directly with clients, and have the freedom to test, break, and rebuild what isn't working. We expect you to bring opinions, defend them with data, and use AI to move faster than a traditional marketer ever could. The right person is equal parts analyst and builder; comfortable in an ad account at 9am and sketching a new funnel by lunch.

Roles and Responsibilities
Campaign management and optimisation
Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon. Own the full lifecycle from account structure and audience strategy through to daily optimisation, budget pacing, and scaling what works.
Performance analysis and reporting
Track the metrics that matter, diagnose what's driving or dragging performance, and turn raw numbers into clear, honest reporting. Clients should always know where their money went and what it bought them.
Growth experimentation
Design and run structured tests across creative, audiences, landing pages, and funnels. Form a hypothesis, run it cleanly, read the result, and feed the learning back into the next round.
Creative direction and briefing
Work with the creative team in house, with clients and even self develop creative from brief to end ad creatives. Know what makes a scroll-stopping ad and why, and brief creative that's built to convert, not just look good.
Conversion and funnel strategy
Map the full journey from click to customer. Spot where prospects drop off, and work across landing pages, offers, and lead capture to tighten the path to conversion.
Client communication
Join client calls, present results, and translate performance data into plain language. Build the kind of trust that comes from clients understanding exactly what you're doing and why.
AI-driven workflow
Use AI across the entire workflow, from research and audience building to creative ideation, copywriting, reporting, and automation. We expect you to find faster, smarter ways to work and to share them with the team.
Pay: $71,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
