Job description
We are currently seeking a skilled and adaptable ICT Support Technician (nec) to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical troubleshooting abilities, a solid understanding of ICT systems, and an interest in emerging technologies, including AI applications within business operations.
As an ICT Support Technician at Flaschenstein, your duties will include:
- Providing first and second-level technical support to internal users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop systems, laptops, peripherals, and standard business software applications
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring the reliable operation of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based systems
- Assisting in the deployment, maintenance, and optimisation of e-commerce platforms and integrated digital tools supporting business operations
- Supporting the implementation and ongoing use of AI-driven systems and automation tools to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Managing user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols in accordance with company policies
- Maintaining accurate documentation of systems, processes, and technical issues, and contributing to knowledge base resources
- Assisting in troubleshooting connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and cloud services
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve technical issues and implement system improvements
- Ensuring compliance with data security, privacy, and backup procedures to safeguard business information
