YOUR NEW ROLE
The Email and CRM Marketing Manager leads customer engagement strategy through email, SMS and related digital channels. The role designs, implements and optimises personalised customer journeys to drive engagement, retention and lifetime value, leveraging enterprise-level CRM and marketing automation platforms to deliver measurable impact.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
To be successful in this role you will need:
-
7+ years’ experience in email marketing including strategy, acquisition, automation, testing, analytics and reporting.

Expertise in CRM, personalisation, customer journey mapping and lifecycle analysis to drive engagement and retention.

Advanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Marketo, ActiveCampaign and data-driven campaign optimisation.
-
Proven success in growing loyalty programs and delivering high-performing email and SMS marketing campaigns.
-
Strong project management, communication, content development, and HTML/CSS skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
