As Fitness Club Attendant, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging fitness experiences through group fitness classes, wellness activities, and exceptional customer service. You'll also support the daily operation of the Fitness Club, ensuring facilities are safe, clean, and welcoming for all guests and staff.

Welcome guests and staff as the first point of contact at the Fitness Club

Lead group fitness classes and health and wellbeing activities

Encourage participation in fitness programs and wellness initiatives

Build positive relationships with members and guests

Process memberships, payments, and daily reconciliations

Maintain fitness equipment in a safe and operational condition

Conduct facility inspections including gym, spa, and sauna areas

Promote safe equipment use and WHS compliance

Support social, entertainment, and wet weather activities

Open and close the Fitness Club and complete operational checklists

Assist with retail sales, stock replenishment, and merchandising

Respond to enquiries, requests, and feedback professionally
