Help us deliver like never before
We’re hiring a Head of Delivery to shape, prioritise and govern delivery across Enterprise Services.
Acting as the primary business-facing entry point into Delivery, you will translate strategic priorities into a clear, integrated domain delivery roadmap, ensuring work is prioritised, sequenced and aligned to enterprise strategy, architecture, capital governance and capacity constraints.
Working closely with senior leaders across Portfolio and Planning, you’ll drive transparent, value-led decisions across demand, investment and sequencing, while enabling successful execution of approved initiatives through Portfolio Delivery Managers. This is a portfolio-focused leadership role, accountable for shaping and governing the delivery pipeline rather than day-to-day program execution. It has authority across strategy-to-delivery alignment, including demand management, investment prioritisation and sequencing.
A great opportunity to shape how enterprise priorities are translated into delivery outcomes, influence investment decisions at scale, and play a pivotal role in enabling strategic execution across Australia Post.
