Job description:
- Are you a Barista/cafe all rounder with a flair for fast-paced kitchen environments? We are currently seeking skilled and passionate cafe professionals to join our team in EPPING PLAZA SHOPPING CENTRE. You must have coffee making skills as well as point of sale knowledge. A reliable transport is necessay as some days you will start at 5.30am. Everything is made in house! PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DONT HAVE PROPER COFFFEE MAKING SKILLS.
Position Available:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso-based drinks (latte, cappuccino, flat white, etc.)
- Adapt to the fast-paced nature of a bustling coffee rush
-Support the back of house staff
- Take orders and answer product questions
- Recommend drinks and upsell (e.g., add-ons, sizes)
- Deliver friendly and efficient service
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards during peak hours
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
- BARISTA EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
- THIS IS A CASUAL ROLE SO HOURS WILL BE SITTING AT 8 TO 20HRS PER WEEK. WE ARE OPEN FROM 7AM TO 5PM SUN TO WEDNESDAY AND 7AM TO 9PM THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS.
