Estia Health Hamilton requires an experienced Rostering Administrator to join the team. This is a full time position Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm.
Working alongside the Residential Manager you will be a vital member of the Administration team for our home.
About the Role
You’ll be hugely important in making sure our home runs smoothly – an indispensable helper to our residential aged care manager and client services officer.
Usually, your day will involve:
- Friendly customer service to everyone – whether in person, on the phone or over email
- Rostering ensuring all shifts are covered to provide care for our residents
- Keeping on top of paperwork – record keeping, filing etc
- Supporting the office manager and residential aged care manager in their daily tasks
You’ll be a people person and problem-solver, with high attention to detail. You’ll also have:
- A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Solid computer and data skills
Previous experience in a reception/administration position (highly regarded)
