Evoenergy has three opportunities available for qualified and safety-focused professionals to join Evoenergy's Ground and Zone Assets team. Working within the Network Delivery group, you'll contribute to the construction, maintenance and operation of critical electricity infrastructure that connects homes, businesses and essential services across the ACT.
In this hands-on role, you'll work across a diverse range of network activities, including customer connections, substation construction and maintenance, field switching and fault response. As part of a skilled and supportive team, you'll help deliver the reliable electricity network Canberra depends on today while supporting the transition to a future-focused energy system. We have two roles in the Ground Assets team, and one role in the Zone Assets team available.
Key responsibilities of the role:

Lead the safe and efficient delivery of construction and maintenance works across multiple sites.

Coordinate field crews, contractors, resources and project activities to achieve quality, time and budget outcomes.

Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance and quality standards across all worksites.

Provide leadership, coaching and support to field teams to drive performance and capability.

Build effective relationships with customers, contractors, developers and internal stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, manage risks and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.

Our ideal candidate:

Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems Distribution Overhead, Certificate III in Electrotechnology, Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems Cable Jointing, Craft Certificate or equivalent

An unrestricted ACT Electrical License or the ability to obtain one.

Previous successful work in field on construction and/or maintenance of network infrastructure.
