What You’ll Do
- Deliver fast, friendly service across the venue’s bars and dining spaces
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, spirits and cocktails
- Take orders, serve meals and process transactions accurately
- Keep service areas clean, stocked and ready for busy trade
- Work closely with your teammates during events and peak service
- Help create the atmosphere and customer experience The Prince Consort is known for
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a busy bar, pub, club or entertainment venue
- Confidence working across both bar and food service
- A friendly, energetic approach and strong work ethic
- Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
- A current RSA certificate
- Australian working rights suitable for ongoing casual employment
