Marketing Assistant Part-Time

Miami Bakehouse is growing, and so is our marketing team.
We're looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to help bring our brand to life across social media, digital marketing, content creation, promotions, and in-store campaigns.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate, final-year student, or early-career marketer looking for hands-on experience, and the chance to build a broad marketing skillset with one of Western Australia's most recognised food brands.
About The Role
Approximately 1-2 days per week, working closely with our Marketing Manager, you'll help execute marketing activities across our five locations throughout the Peel and South West regions.
This is a hands-on role where you'll gain exposure to all aspects of marketing—from content creation and campaign coordination to brand projects, promotions, and digital marketing.
Your Responsibilities
- Create and schedule engaging social media content
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions
- Coordinate content, photography and creative assets
- Support website and digital marketing activities
- Monitor social media channels and community engagement
- Assist with brand, product and store marketing projects
- Coordinate marketing materials across multiple locations
- Track campaign performance and provide insights
- Help keep projects organised and delivered on schedule
About You
You're creative, organised, proactive and eager to learn. You enjoy creating content, staying on top of social media trends, and turning ideas into action. Most importantly, you're looking for an opportunity to gain meaningful marketing experience in a growing business.
You'll Bring
- A qualification (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Confidence using social media platforms
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- A current WA Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
