We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing authentic Indian, South Indian, Kerala dishes, maintaining high-quality food standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Develop and refine menu items to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize food wastage.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet expectations.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume orders efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a similar setting.
- Expertise in Indian, South Indian, Kerala dishes, cooking techniques.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Culinary certification.
