The Opportunity:
The Retail Operations Executive will be responsible for the monitoring of consistent retail operational practices and standards across all stores, and supporting the Retail operations function with day to day administration.

Publishing and owning local store operating manual processes to support the ANZ store retail team

Store team process development and implementation
-
Identifying areas of opportunity for simplification and efficiency through on site store visits and working alongside teams across Australia and New Zealand
-
Trialing of new simplified processes in pilot stores and the project management of these pilots and go to market planning for national rollouts
-
Development and management of KPIs to enable data led decisions for new process implementation
-
Reporting of these KPIs to senior management to complete business case sign off for new process implementation
-
Integration of new processes into a local store operating manual
-
Onsite store audit visits and audit support to ANZ store management teams
-
Reviewing of work health and safety compliance in stores
-
Audit tracking and support
-
Point of sale back-end management including promotional builds and user management and discount management
-
Internal stakeholder and vendor management
-
The ability to lead and influence store teams through change processes by working in store
We would love to hear from you if you have:

2 years’ experience in a Store Management role or relevant external experience

Advanced Excel and SAP skills
