The Opportunity
This is a ground-floor role in a fast-moving healthcare startup - and we mean that literally.
You won't be handed a playbook. You'll be helping build one. Some days that means digging into data to figure out why something broke. Other days it means writing up a process that didn't exist yesterday, or sorting out a messy situation before it escalates.
It's not always glamorous work but it's the kind of work that teaches you how a business actually runs.

What You'll Actually Do
- Keep things moving day-to-day. Handle the operational admin, escalations and coordination tasks that keep our support and clinical teams functioning. A lot of it won't be in a manual.
- Fix things and write it down. When you solve a problem, document it so it doesn't happen again. You'll own and maintain our internal processes and playbooks.
- Spot patterns. Track support metrics, flag issues early and bring suggestions - not just problems - to the table.
- Be the connective tissue. Sit between frontline agents, practitioners, pharmacies and management. Make sure the right information gets to the right people.
- Pitch in on projects. When something new needs to get built or figured out, you'll be involved.
Who You Are
- Final-year student or recent graduate - your discipline matters less than how you think
- Resourceful and self-directed - when you don't know something, you go find out
- Detail-oriented and quick - you move carefully without losing pace
- A clear, confident communicator - you can explain something well in an email, a Teams message or on a call
- Comfortable with ambiguity - you'd rather work through uncertainty than wait for perfect clarity
- Genuinely keen to learn and contribute, with the confidence to back yourself
- Interested in operations as something to get genuinely good at, not just a stepping stone

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Perth WA
