What you will do
As principal data and performance analyst, you will lead data analysis and performance reporting for the victims of crime financial assistance scheme.
You will turn complex data into clear insights that improve services and support better decisions.
You will:
- lead strategic data analysis and performance reporting across the financial assistance scheme
- develop and improve clear Salesforce and Tableau Next dashboards for performance monitoring
- deliver high-quality reports, briefs and advice for senior leaders
- identify practical ways to improve data quality, reporting and service delivery
- provide expert guidance that builds stronger data capability across teams.
About you
A relevant tertiary qualification with a strong analytical component is desirable. Qualifications in data science, mathematics, actuarial studies, statistics or a related field will be highly regarded.
You should also have:
- strong skills in developing performance reporting frameworks, dashboards and data visualisations
- proven ability to analyse complex data and provide clear, practical insights
- excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports, briefings and advice
- advanced problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and systems thinking.
