Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Hardware Technician located in Carrum Downs, VIC. The Lead Hardware Technician will oversee the team responsible and maintains computer systems and peripheral by configuring, troubleshooting , testing, downloading appropriate software and deploying hardware solutions for various clients. The Lead Hardware Technician will also liaise with clients to understand their hardware requirements and ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience
- Hand-on Technical repair role - desirable
- Experience managing a team of hardware technicians
- Understanding of electronic components and circuits
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams and dependent
- Chinese, English, Malay speaker is desired
