That Little Kindy is a small, family-owned early learning service where relationships, teamwork, and educator wellbeing genuinely come first. Our directors work on the floor alongside our team each day, providing real-time support, mentoring and guidance — not from behind an office desk.
We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate educator to join our close-knit team whilst our ECT goes on Maternity Leave.

About the Role
- Part-time position
- Must be available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- 8-hour rotating shifts between 9:00am and 2:00pm
- Working as part of a supportive team to provide high-quality education and care for children aged 2–5 years
- Contributing to observations, planning, programming and reflective practice
- No Educational Leader responsibilities
What We're Looking For
- Early Childhood Teacher - NESA approved
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a permanent or ongoing role within an Australian early childhood setting (placements and casual-only roles are not considered experience for this requirement.)
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and responsibilities as a Mandatory Reporter
- Experience in observations, planning and programming
- Strong spoken and written English skills to support communication, documentation and child safety
- A team-focused educator who values collaboration, consistency and positive relationships
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development
