LCZ Allied Health Services is a growing mobile allied health provider delivering compassionate, high-quality and person-centred care to older adults in their homes across South-West Sydney and surrounding areas.
We are currently expanding our network and seeking experienced and caring:
- Physiotherapists
- Occupational Therapists
- Speech Pathologists
- Dietitians
- Podiatrists
About the opportunity
This is a flexible independent subcontractor opportunity, ideal for clinicians who would like to supplement their existing employment or private practice with additional community-based referrals.
You choose your availability, preferred geographical areas and caseload. Whether you would like to see just a few clients each week or gradually increase your caseload as referrals grow, we aim to provide flexibility around your existing commitments.
Our focus is on quality of care rather than high-volume appointments.

About you
We are looking for clinicians who are professional, reliable and genuinely enjoy working with older adults.
You will require, as applicable to your profession:
- Current AHPRA registration or relevant professional accreditation
- ABN and ability to operate as an independent contractor
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Current National Police Check
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Appropriate Australian working rights
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently within the community
Previous aged care, community, rehabilitation or home-care experience is highly regarded.
