Your New Role
Reporting to the People and Performance Manager, you will provide a broad range of support to the People and Culture team. This role will undertake a variety of generalist People and Performance administrative tasks to support the everyday operations of the People and culture team in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, this role will be responsible for creating HR correspondence, updating employee information in our TechnologyOne database, provide support in the provision of advice to managers on people and performance matters, contributing to projects as required and generating HR and training reports. In addition to this, you will also be tasked with responding to HR queries from the wider organisation. About You
- Minimum of 2 year’s work experience in an administration role with high volumes
- Experience working in People and Culture teams
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Intermediate skills in the Microsft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally
- Effective time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and commitments
