We are looking for an experienced Fire Technician to join our team based in Sydney.
Here's what you’ll achieve:
Installing, testing and inspecting fire alarm systems
Investigating and responding to alarms
Repairing and replacing system components
Providing maintenance and corrective services
Programming, calibrating and adjusting systems
Documenting work and completing reports
Keeping up to date with industry standards and regulations
Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols
Maintaining a clean and organised workplace
Providing exceptional customer service
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in the fire industry
Certificate II in Fire Protection Inspection and Testing (preferred but not mandatory)
Current Extinguisher Agent Handling License (preferred but not mandatory)
Fire Panel testing experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Current Blue/White Card
Industry specific certificates i.e. Working at Heights, Confined Space, First Aid/CPR (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team
Excellent time management skills
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
