Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor to support the implementation of HSE policies, programs, and initiatives across our operations. This role plays a key part in fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in workplace health, safety, and environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.
- Monitor workplace conditions and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide guidance and deliver training programs to enhance employee awareness and understanding of HSE requirements.
- Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and accidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with managers, employees, contractors, and other stakeholders to promote a strong safety-first culture and environmental responsibility.
- Participate in risk assessments, emergency preparedness activities, and environmental monitoring programs.
- Assist in the preparation of HSE performance reports and recommendations for management review.
