We aren't just looking for a technician; we’re looking for a founder-mindset leader. You will be the face of Prosperity Media in Victoria, tasked with setting up our Melbourne office, winning new business, and scaling what will become the best SEO team in the city. If you’ve reached the ceiling at your current agency and want to build something legendary, this is your move.

- The Track Record: You have 7+ years in technical SEO with a history of moving the needle for enterprise-level brands.
- The Leadership: You’ve managed medium-to-large teams and, more importantly, you actually enjoy mentoring "hungry" specialists to become world-class.
- The Agency Pedigree: You’re a veteran of the mid-to-large agency world and understand the pace, the stakes, and the systems required to win.
- The Communicator: You speak "Client" fluently. You can take complex technical audits and translate them into a commercial roadmap that C-suite stakeholders actually understand.
- The Toolkit: You live in Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, and Sitebulb, but you also know that the best SEO strategy is the one that actually gets implemented.
- The Ambition: You want to be responsible for growing a team and delivering results that make the rest of the industry take notes.
Your Responsibilities
On any given day, you will be:
- Driving Growth: Winning new business and establishing Prosperity Media as the go-to agency in the Melbourne market.
- Setting the Stage: Heading up the initial Melbourne office setup and scaling the local Technical SEO team.
- Product Innovation: Working alongside the SEO Director to automate and evolve our technical SEO product to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Account Mastery: Managing high-value accounts and maintaining high-level relationships with national and international brands.
- Mentorship: Designing progression plans and upskilling your team through hands-on training and collaborative brainstorming.
- Project Architecture: Planning and project-managing complex SEO campaigns, from initial audits to high-performance Google Data Studio reporting.
