The College is seeking a highly organised and experienced Administration Officer to join our Secondary Administration team. In this role, you will work closely with the Secondary Administration Manager, providing key administrative support to the Future Pathways Coordinator and the Dean of Academics & Future Pathways. You will play an important part in the smooth delivery and coordination of the College’s Future Pathways program.
The Future Pathways program provides a structured academic framework that supports upper secondary students in navigating Vocational Education & Training (VET), Authority Developed Workplace Learning (ADWPL), Endorsed Programs, and Work Experience opportunities.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Provide strong, accurate and timely administrative support to the Future Pathways Program, including reporting (SCSA, VET, ADWPL & Endorsed Programs).

Monitor and report student progress within the Program to key stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality where required.

Conduct student information sessions in preparation for work experience and providing ongoing administration and organisation to ensure the success of the placement.

Provide timely and accurate advice to stakeholder queries and escalate these where required.

Provide general administrative assistance as requested by the Secondary Administration Manager.
The successful applicants will have:

Demonstrable experience in administration, preferably in a school environment.

Experience working with RTOs and knowledge of current VET courses and regulations.

A Certificate or Degree qualification in a related field or a minimum of Year 10 with substantial experience.

Current National Police Clearance & Working with Children card (WWC).
