What the day will look like
This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Health & Benefits clients by supporting the delivery of solutions that meet agreed client outcomes within a specific portfolio that has a strong weighting to specific industries.
Reporting to the Client Director, key responsibilities will include:

Manage a portfolio of Health & Benefits clients with a focus on Accident & Health Insurance.

Grow client book through new business prospecting, in particular extending services to existing clients.

Engage and negotiate with applicable Accident & Health insurance markets.

Effectively use data and analytics to provide insights to clients and support marketing strategies.

Work collaboratively with peers in H&B and across the broader Human Capital business to support and deliver to meet client needs.

Design and execute client service plans to deliver superior outcomes.

Develop solutions to meet client need resulting in improved client outcomes and ultimately support retention.

Work collaboratively with Aon colleagues to build best in class solutions for clients.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Previous experience working in Accident & Health insurance for insurers, consulting/broking company, and/or financial adviser.

Knowledge of employee benefits programs including the various legislative requirements.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proven ability to successfully manage multiple consulting engagements for a diverse range of clients.

Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, in-house designed databases).

Have superior time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects projects/deadlines simultaneously.
