Why Marian State School?
Strong community reputation and academic excellence - Marian State School has continually led district performance and community satisfaction surveys, with a long-standing tradition of student achievement across academics, sport and culture
Well-resourced, modern regional learning environment - While steeped in history dating back to 1886, the school now operates on a newer campus with high-quality facilities, including ICT-rich learning spaces, a library, and a school farm where students engage with animals and hands-on learning activities.
Comprehensive support for beginning teachers - Newer educators are especially welcomed into a system offering structured induction, mentoring, and beginning-teacher incentives. The school's location in an outer-regional area also qualifies for subsidised housing (dependant on availability) and a locality allowance, helping ease the transition for new staff
