We have a client based in the inner Northeastern Suburbs of Brisbane looking for a mature dynamic customer service, sales, warehouse-based role.
Our client is a growing Australian based business in the Hardware/ locks industry.
We are looking for someone enthusiastic that can deliver outstanding customer service and support internally and externally.
Previous experience within the Hardware/ Locksmith Industry (Bunnings or similar) and advantage.
The role:
- Monday - Friday dayshift
- Rate: $33.00- $35.50 per hour
- Casual view to permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Taking telephone calls and emails.
- Respond to face-to-face enquiries.
- Product features, pricing, availability, and technical specifications.
- Liaise with sales, technical support teams.
- Escalate technical issues.
- Carry out order picking and packing, ensuring items are packed securely for shipment and labelled correctly.
- Lifting up to 18kg.
About You:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service.
- A proactive team player with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment.
- Physically able to lift/move boxes up to 18kg.
- experience in a similar industry an advantage.
