Domestic Roofer | Residential Roofing | Adelaide
Roofers of Adelaide is growing, and IM Partners is looking for an experienced Domestic/Residential Roofer who knows residential roofing and can genuinely contribute on site from day one.
We are not looking for someone who needs to be taught the basics.
We are looking for a roofer who knows their way around a residential roof, works hard, produces quality work and wants to join a business where there is plenty happening and plenty of opportunity ahead.

The Role
You will work across residential roofing projects throughout Adelaide, including new builds, single and medium density housing, reroofs, replacements, repairs and associated roofing works.
This is a hands-on position. You will be on the tools, working as part of the roofing team and expected to take ownership of the quality of your work.
Depending on your experience, you may also have the opportunity to take greater responsibility on site as the team continues to grow.

What You Will Be Doing
- Installing roofing systems on new residential projects
- Completing reroofing and roof replacement works
- Carrying out roofing repairs and associated works
- Measuring, cutting, fitting and installing roofing materials
- Identifying site or installation issues before they become bigger problems
- Working safely at heights and following site safety requirements
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and site presentation
- Working productively with the rest of the roofing team
Who We Want
You will already have practical residential roofing experience and be comfortable working independently within your level of competency.
You should be someone who:
- Has proven domestic or residential roofing experience
- Understands roofing installation methods, materials and sequencing
- Takes pride in producing clean, quality work
- Turns up, gets involved and can be relied upon
- Works well within a crew
- Communicates when something is wrong rather than simply working around it
- Understands the importance of safety when working at heights
- Wants to be part of a business for the longer term
A White Card and working at heights ticket is required, and a current drivers licence makes getting to work a lot easier than catching a bus!

Sponsorship is not automatic and will depend on your actual roofing experience, qualifications, work history, current visa circumstances and whether an appropriate sponsorship pathway is available.
