Airfares Consultants - Sabre Travel Reservation System. Experienced in Retail Travel Agency or Air Consolidators.
We are seeking dedicated Airfare Consultants experienced in Sabre .
Airfare consultants service our clients, organising first, business, premiun & economy class travel. Across the range of fares including Wholesale, Special, GDS and NDC fares.
Searching for class fares, issuing tickets (through consolidators and in-house ticketing facility), processing airline flight schedule changes, cancellations, refunds, liaising between our travel agency and consolidators, airlines, with a focus on building an ongoing relationship.
In addition direct our in-house training, mentor and guide inexperienced travel staff. One on one training, small group training, provide guidance in person, over video conderence calls and phone. Produce easy to follow instructions. Create resource materials from 'how to', checklists, and as required.
Potential remuneration share opprtuinity for Airfare Consultants with their own customer base.
Pay: $26.44 – $60.73 per hour
Expected hours: 1.0 – 10.0 per week

Minimum of 12 months experience in retail airfare consulting or an airfare consolidator
Excellent knowledge and experience in booking airfares, fare rules and regulations, including but not limited to around world fares, reissuing and refund process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong time management and deadline prioritisation ability
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in GDS and computer skills
