Mt Magnet Drilling are currently recruiting the following roles:
- Fulltime and Casual roles: Experienced RC Drillers
- Fulltime and Casual roles: Experienced Diamond Drillers
- Fulltime and Casual roles: Relief/Junior RC Drillers (50% Offsiding/Training 50% Drilling)
- Fulltime and Casual roles: Relief/Junior Diamond Drillers (50% Offsiding/Training 50% Drilling)
Role: 2:1 roster.
Full time and Casual roles.
Competitive rates. Driller Rates starting from $700.00 per day
Remote and Mine site operations.
Applicants for the 'Experienced' roles require:
- Certificate III or IV in Drilling Operations.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Ability to work with autonomy and supervise on-site operations if required.
Applicants for the ‘Relief/Junior’ roles require:
- Certificate II or III Drilling Operations (or have at least commenced and underway).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a trainee driller / junior Driller.
To be considered for any of the aforementioned positions you will require the following:
- Minimum of a HR-B driver’s license (HR unrestricted license will be highly regarded. Automatic Licenses do not meet the requirement).
- National police clearance (<6 months old).
- An ability to work in demanding environments, and as part of a team.
- Able to successfully complete pre-employment, and on-going, Drug and Alcohol screening.
- Able to successfully pass pre-employment, and on-going, medical and functional fitness testing.
- Possess robust safe work ethics and an ongoing commitment to following procedures.
- A sound mechanical aptitude, and willingness to undertake operational maintenance.
The roles are FIFO Perth, flights from home location to Perth paid for experienced Driller applicants.
