Room Leaders wanted - North Parramatta (Cert 3 or Diploma)
Our community-focused team at North Parramatta is looking for a passionate and collaborative Room Leader to join their homely campus.
About the Role
As a Room Leader, you'll play a key role in shaping the learning environment, supporting your team, and delivering engaging, play-based experiences aligned with the EYLF.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the planning and delivery of a high-quality learning program
Creating a calm, inclusive, and engaging environment for children
Supporting consistent routines and smooth daily transitions
Mentoring and guiding educators within your room
Building strong partnerships with families
Maintaining high standards of safety, documentation, and reflective practice
Working closely with campus leadership to support continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Certifcate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Experience in Leadership, or a strong educator ready to step up
Sound understanding of child development and play-based learning
Confident communication and organisational skills
A collaborative, reliable leader who enjoys supporting and mentoring others
