Proficiency in Azure AI Services including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Bot Services. Knowledge of equivalent capabilities within AWS and GCP is highly regarded.
Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, foundation models, prompt engineering techniques, and model fine-tuning approaches.
Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry , including AI application development, model evaluation, prompt orchestration, AI governance, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions.
Strong experience designing and implementing Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions , including AI Agents, multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, and intelligent copilots.
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases, semantic search, knowledge grounding, and enterprise AI solution patterns.
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks and technologies such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen , Copilot Studio, or similar frameworks.
High energy and passion for helping clients understand emerging technologies including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, and Agentic AI capabilities.
Strong working knowledge of Python (required). Experience with .NET, C#, R, or other modern development frameworks is beneficial.
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, business processes, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Azure data platforms.
Experience working with stakeholders to create technical visions, high-level architectures, AI roadmaps, and transformation strategies.
Capability to create architecture and design artefacts and present them effectively to technical, business, and executive stakeholders, including C-level audiences.
Experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise-grade AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Azure AI Foundry solutions .
Strong understanding of architecture principles including security, scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
Understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, compliance, security, model monitoring, and enterprise AI risk management.
Awareness of Microsoft partner ecosystems and go-to-market motions that support customer success.
Working knowledge of Microsoft funding programs such as ECIF, GTM Solution Plays, Marketplace and GTM Workshop Offers is highly desirable.
Proven success in consultative and complex technical sales engagements, architecture, design, implementation, and support of highly distributed enterprise applications.
Extensive experience working with large and complex enterprise customers, architecting and delivering cloud-based Data and AI solutions.
Experience leading enterprise-scale cloud transformation programs involving Azure, Data Platforms, AI Platforms, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills.
Ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence distributed and global teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
Enterprise-scale technical experience across cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture design, database modernization, AI transformation, and technology strategy.
