Liverpool Hospital is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and outgoing Record Control & Processing Manager to lead our team and deliver efficient and effective record control management system (paper and electronic/document imaging).

Lead and inspire a dedicated Clinical Information team, providing strategic direction, coaching and development to staff while overseeing the delivery of a busy 24/7 records management service.

Take on a highly visible leadership role, collaborating with senior managers, clinical teams and external stakeholders to influence service delivery, enhance operational performance and ensure legislative compliance and continuous improvement.

Develop your leadership capability within one of NSW's largest health districts, with opportunities to mentor staff, manage complex projects, champion best practice, and contribute to strategic decision-making across Clinical Information Services.
An excellent opportunity for a health information manager or equivalent to gain experience and be responsible for the overall management and organisation of record control and processing functions of the Clinical Information Department, including supervision, training and development of staff in this area, rostering of staff and forms design and management.
