About the role
This is a full-time position based in our Seven Hills, NSW office. As a key member of our IT Infrastructure Team, and part of the wider GCW IT Team, you will play a vital role in the implementation and maintenance of our Azure-based cloud infrastructure.

What you'll be doing
1. Deploying and configuring Azure services, including virtual machines (Windows and Ubuntu), storage, networking and security.
2. Automating infrastructure provisioning and management using Azure Resource Manager templates and scripts.
3. Scripting for developing and maintaining automation for resource provisioning, configuration management and deployment.
4. Monitoring Azure resources and implementing alerting to ensure our cloud platforms are secure, reliable and ready to support the businesses.
5. Troubleshooting issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Azure services with on-premises and cloud-based applications.
7. Contributing to the development of Azure-based solutions that support the company's strategic initiatives.
What we're looking for
1. Australian citizenship (mandatory), due to client requirements.
2. Strong understanding of Essential 8 ML3.
3. Proven experience in deploying and managing Azure infrastructure, including virtual networks, storage and security.
4. An understanding of Azure Resource Manager, PowerShell and infrastructure as code practices.
5. Experience integrating Azure services with on-premises and cloud-based applications.
6. Knowledge of DevOps practices and the ability to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
7. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable solutions.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, to work effectively with cross functional teams.
9. Azure DevOps Engineer certification.
10. A minimum of two years of Azure administration experience.
