The Product Development Associate supports the company's product management team in delivering new medical imaging products. The role involves working closely with engineering, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with execution of product strategies and product roadmaps.
Coordinating product development projects and tracking timelines (e.g., Gantt charts and deliverables).
Working with engineering, clinical affairs, regulatory, and go-to-market teams.
Gathering technical and customer feedback to support product decisions.
Identifying project risks and helping ensure milestones are met.
Preparing technical documentation and product-related reports.
Communicating product updates to internal stakeholders.
Supporting continuous improvement of product development processes.
Required Qualifications
Typical requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Around 2+ years of professional experience in a technical role.
Strong project coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
Medical device, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical experience is desirable but not essential.
