About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Boat Detailer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional results and maintaining luxury vessels to the highest standard.
Working across a range of premium boats, you will be responsible for ensuring every vessel leaves looking immaculate and protected.
Key Responsibilities:
* Washing and detailing vessels to a premium standard
* Machine cutting and polishing gelcoat and painted surfaces
* Applying waxes and ceramic coatings
* Cleaning and polishing stainless steel, glass and chrome
* Cleaning teak decks and external upholstery
* Removing mould, oxidation and water stains
* Working safely around marinas and boatyards
* Assisting with other marine maintenance duties as required
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in boat detailing or automotive detailing preferred
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Physically fit and capable of manual labour
* Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Current driver’s licence essential
* Boat licence advantageous but not essential
