Picker/Packer & Delivery Driver – Fuel Expenses Covered
A well-established wholesale fruit and vegetable supplier located in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs is looking for a reliable and motivated Picker/Packer and Delivery Driver to join our growing team.
Backed by years of family industry experience and strong relationships across the hospitality sector, our business is recognised for supplying high-quality fresh produce to customers throughout Victoria.
We operate six days per week and use our own refrigerated delivery vehicles to service customers across Melbourne. In this role, drivers are responsible for picking and packing their own customer orders, loading the vehicle, and completing deliveries while maintaining product quality and providing excellent customer service.
Working Hours
Early morning shifts starting between 12:00am and 2:00am, finishing before midday.
Days
Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday shifts available.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and load customer orders into delivery vehicles.
Complete deliveries along assigned routes in a timely and professional manner.
Support general warehouse duties, including stock handling, organisation, and assisting the team where required.
Skills and Attributes
Strong driving skills with a focus on safety.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions.

Requirements
Current Australian car licence, automatic or manual.
Own transport to and from the depot.
Australian Business Number, ABN.
Previous fruit and vegetable industry experience is preferred but not essential.

Pay: $69,000.00 – $80,644.00 per year
