About the Role
The role will provide high-quality support throughout the office with tasks including reception, administration, operational and system support. Your job is to help ensure our people, systems, and processes run efficiently.
This varied role includes:
- Managing communications, calendars, meetings, and office systems.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assisting with finance functions including invoices, reconciliations, and expense claims.
- Assisting with electronic filing, document management and client administration systems
