Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working Model
- 3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,
- 2 days from an RACP office location per week,
- 1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.
About the Role
This role sits within the Training Services team, which is responsible for providing training progression and comprehensive administrative support to trainees, supervisors and committees involved in the RACP Basic and Advanced training programs across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
The Administration Officer is responsible for delivery of administrative services and support to assigned portfolio of training programs. This role is also responsible for support to enquiries, data management and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide professional, administrative cross-team, support for training programs and activities.
- Create and maintain accurate electronic records, including data entry of trainee applications and assessments.
- Provide comprehensive and timely responses to member enquiries.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and College units to meet objectives and provide timely advice and support on complex issues relating to specialty training.
- Contribute towards process improvements in a changing environment.
About You
- The successful candidate will have:
- Certificate IV or Diploma of Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge and skills.
- Professional experience in an administrative role preferably in medical, other education/health programs or member-based organisation.
- Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, managing a range of complex tasks in a changing work environment while maintaining an attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment, to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering professional client services, including high level written and verbal communication skills.
- IT Capabilities: Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and video/teleconferencing platforms.
