About Us
We’re a fast-growing disability support provider in South East Queensland.

We work with participants across mental health, complex behaviours, and psychosocial support, focusing on building independence, routine, and real outcomes.
About the Role
You’ll be supporting participants in the community and at home.
This includes:
- Community access and daily support
- Managing behaviours with calm, clear strategies
- Building routine, structure, and independence
- Personal care (where required)
- Writing clear shift notes and reports
- Working with mental health and complex needs
- Sleepover shifts (non-active) may be required
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in disability, youth work, or residential care
- Experience with complex behaviours, ASD (Level 2 or 3), or mental health
- Calm, reliable and confident under pressure
- Strong communication and boundaries
- Someone who shows up consistently and takes the role seriously
Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Blue Card (Working With Children Check)
- First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Right to work in Australia
