Tricore Cleaning Services Pty Ltd is expanding and seeking reliable, detail‑driven New Build Cleaners to support our growing portfolio of construction and handover cleaning projects. If you take pride in delivering spotless, presentation‑ready spaces, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
You will be responsible for cleaning newly built residential and commercial properties prior to client handover. This includes detailed internal and external cleaning, ensuring every surface meets Tricore’s quality standards. This will be an approximate week long contract role but with the possibility of more project clean in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Final construction clean of new builds (residential & commercial)
- Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, windows, frames, skirting, fixtures, and flooring
- Removal of construction dust, debris, stickers, and residue
- Spot‑cleaning walls, doors, and surfaces
- Ensuring all areas meet handover‑ready presentation standards
- Working safely around trades and site supervisors
- Maintaining equipment and adhering to Tricore cleaning procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in new build / construction cleaning (ESSENTIAL)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- White Card (ESSENTIAL)
- Full working rights in Australia
