- Knowledge of and utilisation of Data Masking tools such as DELPHIX (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of mainframe, SQL, Cloud and Oracle data bases and structures (highly desirable)
- Strong technical background with extensive knowledge of Test Data Management practises
- Knowledge and experience using Agile tools (Jira, confluence)
- Ability to identify stakeholder data needs, propose solutions and deliver working solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- High personal motivation and self-management skills demonstrated by acting in a self-directed manner.
- Displays positive team attitude and willingness to help wherever possible.
- Strong communication (both written and verbal), presentation, facilitation, relationship management and teaming skills, including the ability to develop productive working relationships.

- Ability to understand and apply data risk management best practice and frameworks.
- Experience using agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)

- Solid understanding of software, quality assurance lifecycles and the ability to apply and adapt to meet business strategies and risk appetite.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and utilisation of the following tools o Terraform o Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) o Plutora o Splunk
