Fortescue is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Planner – Fixed Plant Maintenance to join our high-performing Fixed Plant Maintenance team at Iron Bridge.Reporting to the Planning Superintendent, you will play a critical leadership role in driving best-practice maintenance planning across fixed plant assets, supporting safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance execution.This role is suited to a strong and collaborative leader with a deep understanding of maintenance strategies, SAP work management, and fixed plant reliability. You will be responsible for developing a high-performing planning team, strengthening planning discipline, and driving continuous improvement across the maintenance function.With Iron Bridge in its ramp-up phase, the successful candidate will have significant opportunity to influence how maintenance planning and work management practices develop into the future. Your contribution will directly support improved reliability, availability, and the operation’s progression towards nameplate production.A sound understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their application to maintenance planning, work management, standardisation, and the elimination of waste would be highly regarded.
