Little Graces in Eastern Creek is seeking a Diploma Early Childhood Educator
In your role you will:
- Ensure the following of CHILD SAFE practices
- Follow our Centre Philosophy & Commitment to child safety
- Fulfil the role of a responsible person
- Be supported by owner/management
- Focus on the EYLF and your extensive knowledge
- Be given the flexibility to role model and guide the team to your vision of education
- Capitalize on our massive outdoor area and our animals, whilst incorporating this in the program
- Guiding staff on sustainability, inclusion and continue being a great team
- Responsible person - opening and closing rotating roster/shifts
You must have:
- At least 1 year experience with a Childcare Diploma
- WWC
- Child Protection course completed
- Gecko Mandatory Foundations of Child Safe Training completed
- 1st Aid & CPR Update
- Food Basic Handlers Training completed
- Able to work rotating shifts between 6.45am to 6pm (8hr shifts per day, 5 days/week)
We are a family run centre and most of our staff have been here for a minimum of 3 to 9 years.
