About the role
The successful candidate will work with management, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate project activities, documentation, resources and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project planning, schedules, documentation and administrative requirements.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal resources.
- Support resource and logistics planning across multiple projects.
- Monitor project costs, budgets and variations.
- Maintain accurate project and operational documentation.
- Coordinate information relating to contractors, work orders and project variations.
- Collect and analyse project data and prepare performance reports for management.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding project requirements and delivery.
- Support compliance with relevant operational, safety and program requirements.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM, project management and business systems.
About you
- Relevant bachelor degree qualification.
- Must have one year of work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination or project administration.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers or multiple projects.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience using CRM or project management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in energy, energy-efficiency, renewable energy, construction or HVAC will be highly regarded.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
