Cheol's is redefining what a Perth cafe can be, blending specialty coffee culture with bold Korean-inspired flavours. From K-ong cream pasta to dishes shaped by our chefs' own Korean and Asian backgrounds, we're not doing bacon and eggs by numbers, we're building a menu people travel across the city for. With three sites across East Perth, the CBD, and Mount Lawley (and growing), this is a genuine chance to build something with us, not just clock in for a shift.
The Role
You'll run breakfast, brunch, and food on the go service in a fast-paced kitchen, owning quality and consistency through the rush. If you love the energy of a packed Saturday service and take real pride in a plate that goes out right every single time, this is your kitchen.
What You Bring
- Solid experience in a busy café, breakfast, or commercial kitchen
- Confidence across breakfast dishes, sandwiches, toasties, wraps, and light lunch items
- Speed and composure when service gets slammed
- Food safety, prep, and stock rotation second nature to you
- A positive, team first attitude, we back each other during the rush
- An eye for presentation and the discipline to keep it consistent, plate after plate
- Bonus points (not a dealbreaker) if you've got a feel for Korean or Asian flavours, we'll teach you the rest
