About the Role
CJC Management is seeking a Project Manager to support rail infrastructure projects across Sydney, Brisbane and wider project locations. This is a mid-level role suited to someone with rail delivery, project coordination or client-side infrastructure experience.
You will support project planning, reporting, stakeholder coordination, risk management and delivery oversight across rail programmes. The role suits someone who is organised, practical and comfortable operating between technical, commercial and stakeholder teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project management activities across rail infrastructure projects.
- Manage project scopes, deliverables, actions, risks and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, designers and client stakeholders.
- Support project governance, programme tracking and progress reporting.
- Assist with procurement, tender documentation and contract administration.
- Support design coordination, constructability reviews and delivery planning.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder actions.
- Prepare meeting packs, minutes, reports and project documentation.
- Support site or delivery teams where required.
- Contribute to safe, efficient and coordinated project outcomes.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Rail, transport or major infrastructure project experience.
- Background in project management, engineering, construction management or advisory.
- Experience working with government, operators, contractors or consultants.
- Strong coordination, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of project controls, risk, programme and governance.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on actions.
- Clear communication style and practical delivery mindset.
- Based in Sydney or Brisbane, with flexibility to travel where required.
