We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in a diverse range of cuisines, including Nepalese, Indian, Italian, and fusion dishes. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes from Nepalese, Indian, Italian, and fusion cuisines.
- Develop and design unique menus that showcase a blend of these culinary styles.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs effectively.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef, with a strong background in Nepalese, Indian, Italian, and fusion cuisines.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Creativity and passion for experimenting with different flavors and ingredients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
