WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Enaex Australia is looking for a capable and motivated Document and Systems Administrator with strong organisational skills and a collaborative approach. This role suits someone who enjoys working with systems, managing documentation, and supporting teams to meet compliance and regulatory requirements in a structured and professional manner.
Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will work closely with the HSE team and broader business to provide document control, system administration, auditing support, and assistance with training and licensing requirements—while always working in alignment with Enaex Australia’s values: Our Priority – Life, Our Vocation – Customers, Our Strength – Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and Our Obsession – Excellence.
Ideally you will have;
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including attention to detail
- Confidence working with document management systems and administrative processes
- A proactive mindset with the ability to support HSE systems, audits, and compliance activities
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to provide advice, support, and coaching to internal stakeholders
- An eagerness to learn and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes
